AIBŌ (AIBO Platform Ltd) operates the AIBŌ platform and is a separate, independent data controller for platform-level activities such as account management, bookings, payments, messaging systems and safeguarding processes.
When a Visit is booked, AIBŌ shares limited personal data with us so that we can arrange and provide services to you. This typically includes contact details, availability and Visit-related information.
Once your data is shared with us for this purpose, we are responsible for how we use and protect it in line with this Privacy Notice.

5. Why we use your personal data
We use your personal data only to:
arrange, provide and manage Visits;
communicate with you or your authorised representative about Visits;
ensure safety and address safeguarding concerns; and
comply with legal obligations where applicable.
We do not use your personal data for marketing, profiling or unrelated purposes.

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following lawful bases to process your personal data:
Contract – where processing is necessary to provide agreed services;
Legal obligation – where we must process data to comply with the law (for example, safeguarding); and
Legitimate interests – where processing is necessary to provide services safely and appropriately, provided your rights are not overridden.
We rely on consent only where no other lawful basis applies.
7. How we share your personal data
We only share your personal data where necessary and appropriate, including:
